  • 2 cups Smoked Leftover Brisket
  • 1 ½ cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Onions, sliced
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 1 lb Fresh Button Mushrooms
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 12 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Horseradish
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • ½ cup Red Wine
  • ¼ cup Tomato Paste
  • 1 ½ cups Cooked Spiral Noodles
  1. Place a skillet over medium heat, add oil and onions and saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms and melt butter in the same skillet.
  3. Add flour, make a paste and stir in beef broth.
  4. Add tomato paste and bring it to a soft boil.
  5. Now, add red wine, sour cream, horseradish, parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Boil slowly for 1 minute.
  6. Add the brisket until warmed through. Turn off heat.
  7. Serve with noodles,  garnished with parsley. Enjoy!
